What is P M PROMO?

P M Promo are a UK established promotional merchandise and custom branded business gifts supplier. Our dynamic team are passionate about providing our clients with a huge range of bespoke promotional merchandise covering thousands of products. Our sourcing network is global, allowing us to supply your business with the right promotional product at the right price.

How can I pay for an order?

The best and commission-free way to pay for your order is by Bank Transfer. We can accept bank transfer in British Pound Sterling, Euro and US Dollar. You can also pay by using a Visa and Mastercard Credit/Debit Card at the checkout. Card payments are subject to 2% commission.

However, if you would like to pay in a different currency please contact us.

I'm based outside the UK, can you still supply our business?

Of course! Our network of suppliers can dispatch your order anywhere in the world.

Do the prices shown include VAT & Delivery?

The prices shown in our shop and product pages exclude VAT. The final amount included of VAT will be displayed at the checkout.

Delivery varies depending on destination, products and quantities but in most cases shipping is included to one UK address. Please contact us to for more details.

I'm not in a rush. Can you offer a better price on my order?

In some cases if you are not in a rush to receive we can select a slower shipping method (i.e by sea, by train). Your order will take longer to arrive depending on the selected shipping method, but we will be able to offer a better price to you.

How long will my order take?

Products have different production and shipping time depending on the type of item, the location of the supplier and the stock quantity. Standard lead time from 5 to 15 working days depending on the item and the destination. We will provide an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) once we have confirmed your order.

On most paper printed materials and on some popular items, we offer Express Service (2 days, 3 days and 5 days). Please  get in contact to find out more.

Can you print in my pantone colour?

Some items can be printed using your pantone colour, please let us know the colour code you would like. We accept the following type of codes: HEX, RGB, CMYK.

Will I get an artwork proof before you print my order?

We always email you a visual before we print the bulk order and do not proceed until you are 100% happy with the proof.

Can you accept non-vectored artwork files?

Generally we can accept most file formats, however non-vector artwork needs copying and redrawing by one of our artist’s and the vectored file would not need this. It also saves the chance of errors being made with the fonts and required layouts.

How do I send/upload my artwork?

There are many ways you can send us your design:

  • Upload your artwork at the checkout.
  • In any page, look for the "Upload your Logo" tab in the footer section.
  • If you have an account on our website you can upload your artwork on the order page (Account --> Orders --> View --> Upload a Logo.
  • Send us an email with your artwork at info@pmpromo.com and quote your order number in the subject.
  • Upload your artwork HERE.

Can we talk with someone if I don’t see all the information I need online?

Yes of course, our team is here to help! Just send us an email (info@pmpromo.com) or a quote request and we can schedule a call at your earliest convenience.

Can you deliver an order to one of my customers?

Yes, we can deliver orders to your customers, whether companies or individuals. If you are an affiliate, a reseller or an agency you can also request your order to be delivered in plain boxes without including any advertising material.

I can’t see what I am looking for in the catalogue or on the website, can you help with this? 

Yes, please let us know what item you are looking for and we will endeavour to source it for you. To process your request as quickly as possible, it would be helpful if you can provide the following details about the item:

  • Item name / Picture
  • Quantity
  • Deadline

Can we see samples before we buy? 

In most cases, yes! The samples will not be personalised to you and are returnable within 30 days unless we specify otherwise. For items we have available in stock, we will not charge any "sample fee", but we will still charge a delivery fee. For higher value items and for products that we do not have in stock, we will charge a sample fee and a delivery fee accordingly. Get in contact to receive a sample quotation.
